“We have lived in this tri-level house since it was built in 1975. At NO time through the fall of 2012 has the distribution of either heat or cooling air been uniform. A most uncomfortable difference between the first and third levels was there during the hot and cold seasons. Luckily, for us the furnace sprung a leak in the fall of 2012 and Guin quickly responded. All round great experience. I think this was our first time using Guin for plumbing. Michael fixed our issue within an hour.
